Anger Management
Anger management is a 12-session program for adults who struggle with anger and rage issues. While many of our clients come to us because of a court order, a large number also come because they want to be treated because they or a loved one has helped them realize they have a problem. No matter the reason for coming to us, Price Family Services stands ready to assist you today.
While the focus of our program is to help you control and understand your anger, there are several factors that have been identified that will help us achieve this goal. We need to recognize the following:

- How to Avoid or Reinterpret Events that Trigger Anger
- How to Better Deal with Feelings of Anger
- Ways to Rationally Think About Life Events
