Arizona MVD Driver’s License Evaluation

In the state of Arizona, if you have been convicted of a DUI, in order to have your driving privileges restored, one must submit themselves to a licensed counseling center for an evaluation. This evaluation is intended to ensure a candidates for reinstatement meets the substance and psychological health requirements mandated by the state of Arizona. What that really means, is that you are required to meet with an authority licensed by the state to evaluate whether or not you are ready to have your driving privileges back.
